Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Mae Atelier piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned
- Items must be unworn and undamaged.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email us. Write to hello@mae-atelier.com with your order number.
- Send it back. Pack the piece in its original packaging and ship it to us. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
- Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Would you like a different piece instead? Email hello@mae-atelier.com with your order number and tell us what you have in mind, and we will help you find the best way to swap it.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece is handmade and checked with care. If something arrives damaged or defective, please email us right away with your order number so we can make it right. This includes earrings.
