Are these real pearls? Yes — real freshwater pearls, cultured in mussels. Slight irregularities in shape and surface are exactly how you distinguish them from glass or plastic imitations.

Is the clasp solid gold? No. It is brass with an 18K white gold plating.

"What size should I order?" — Medium (7 in) fits most women and is the standard size in women's jewelry. If you're unsure and buying a gift, choose Medium.

Can I shower or swim in it? No. Water and chlorine damage both nacre and plating. Remove it first.
